Dwarf Stars Anthology

Due to a computer glitch, the submissions to the Dwarf Stars anthology have been lost and I urgently need your help.

If you submitted or recommended poems to Dwarf Stars, please resubmit ASAP. The original deadline was 8/31/06 but I am extending it to Labor Day, 9/4/06.

If you did not submit something or recommend anything for Dwarf Stars, now is your chance. Submissions/recommendations/nominations should go to dwarfstars2006 AT hotmail DOT com. Please include publication information with the poem.

Dwarf Stars is going to be a "best of 2005" anthology of short-short speculative poetry of 10 lines or less first published in 2005. There is no limit to the number of short poems a person can "nominate" or submit. The Dwarf Stars editor will pick the top 30 or so of those submitted for the anthology. The anthology will be sent to members and the SFPA will vote for their favorite.

The poem with the most votes will win the "Dwarf Stars Award" and will be sent to the editor of the Nebula Anthology with the Rhysling winners.

Due to this computer setback, I'm running a bit behind schedule but you can help out by submitting/resubmitting/nominating what you consider the best of short-short poems you've published or read in 2005.
