Egrets Reading

The Road North

This entry is backdated because I am really somewhere on Interstate 5 at this time. The fun of doing a daily journal is that sometimes you have to travel back in time to "catch up."

Some may say this is cheating, but I think it's a way to still have a daily perspective on my topic of choice - poetry, whether it's science fiction poetry, haiku poetry, or whatever else I'm fancying writing at the moment.

So, why am I on Interstate 5 approaching Highway 152 where I'm going to travel west to San Jose?

A haiku reading in a teahouse. What else?
