Egrets Reading

Symphony of the Universe

To kick off National Poetry Month, I'd like to announce that my first science fiction poetry chapbook, Symphony of the Universe, has been released.

It can be ordered online through Project Pulp or The Genre Mall.

Or, if you're in Los Angeles and come to the science fiction poetry reading I'm doing with Kendall Evans on April 24th, you can buy an autographed copy from me personally.

This is a collection of science fiction poetry written between the early 1990's and the present, including five scifaiku, some cinquains, a sonnet, two triolets, and a lot of free verse, most of it, naturally, relatively short. It also contains my two Rhysling nominated poems from the 1990's. I'm very excited about this project and can't wait to actually see my copies (which are in the mail).

I think Teri Santitoro (7ARS) did a great job on the cover and am looking forward to seeing her interior illustrations, this being one of Sam's Dot Publishing's illustrated poetry books.
