One Week Left to Vote on the Short-Short Rhysling Award

This entry is for any SFPA member who may be reading this.

There is only one week left to vote for the Short-Short Rhysling Award. Bud Webster has announced on SFPANet that only 40 people have voted so far and the vote is currently in a dead-heat.

This is your chance to voice your opinion as to whether poems shorter than 10 lines should be judged in their own category. I, personally, think they do. If you love short poetry as much as I do, please take the time to mail Bud your vote. I've worked hard to make this vote happen, spending $300 of my own money to try to convince you of the need for this category by producing Dwarf Stars.

The bottom line: I feel that short-short poetry isn't given the recognition it deserves and want to change this.

Even if you don't agree with me, at least voice your opinion as to whether this even matters.
