Fantasy haiku

My three fantasy scifaiku are now online at Triptych Haiku.

Click here to go directly to the page. Actually, probably only two of them are fantasy - I'm not sure how to classify the poltergeist one...

Oddly enough, there doesn't seem to be as much of an urge to write fantasy haiku as there is to write science fiction haiku, horror haiku, and normal mainstream haiku.

seajules somewhat inadvertently brought this to my attention when she joined the Scifaiku list. When I decided as the result of one of her posts to do the Dragon Lust brochure for World Fantasy, I originally wanted to include one or two fantasy haiku, but I had trouble finding very many of them. The ones I did find weren't written by SFPA members, which was the whole point of the brochure.

For that matter, Scifaikuest doesn't even publish fantasy haiku, just science fiction and horror.
